PROGRAMME,METHOD & EXECUTION OF WORKS
The methodology we use to undertake our cleaning works are tailor made in accordance with the specific needs we perceive and as advised by the client on the premises. Initially, we plan to do a thorough cleaning of all areas to brighten up and give it the high level of cleanliness aiming for 100%. To ensure that no area is overlooked we employ checklists that identify all the different areas to be cleaned, how frequent and by whom as well as designated checker. Our checklist shows among other details, what to be cleaned, when to be cleaned, and how often, what chemical and equipment to use etc.
Apart from the self-checking by a cleaner, there is a supervisor assigned for each area and senior management will be involved at random but regular spot checking to ensure that the service provided is of high quality as required by the client.
